Here, we recognize that inclusion is not just a buzzword but an action verb that is a vital aspect of how we navigate our world. Our goal is to prepare students for societal challenges and to reach their full potential in combating them.

As the central hub for diversity initiatives, the Center for Inclusive Excellence at UE is dedicated to being the space where you get the reassurance and acceptance that may often be misunderstood in society. We already see your potential. We see you and hear you. To support the student-centered experience UE has to offer, our center is trained and equipped to give you the push, encouragement, and support you need to succeed within UE and the global community. Our approach focuses on developing cultural competencies, fostering unity, and building ethical cross-cultural relationships that benefit everyone.

We understand that diversity, equity, and inclusion are ongoing processes, not mere outcomes.
